After gathering 32 years worth of experience in travelbuisness, visiting a lot of countries in north/west and south/east Europe, to introduce a new formula of renting for landlords and tenants.

Because of my experiences as travel leader of many holiday guests from the Netherlands but also from Europe, and being there for them 24/7, you hear a lot about what people miss or search for in their vacation, like special possibilities in countries or for a certain group in travellers.

Now with my enthusiasm for Turkey, with his endless possibilities concerning nature, peace, culture and friendly habitants, but now also as private owner of a beautiful apartment in Alanya.

This is how I got in contact with Dutch people and other Europeans, who are a proud owner of an apartment of holiday home, and looked at it as an investment for their family and when they grow old to stay there for longer periods of time, to rent it to other guests who want more luxury, freedom or wishes.

This is how I came to a concept to realise this website for landlords and tenants, who could finally enjoy the luxury, peace and freedom they want, but with the guarantee of service offers and guarantee for landlords and tenants.

Unfortunately there are a lot of advertisements on a lot of websites where a lot of people pay for their holiday home without knowing or checking the truth behind an advertisement, and so they strand in Antalya without transport, rented house, and an owner that doesn’t exist.

Because of this we, the owners of a beautiful complex and with the cooperation of de owners association, offer through this site our holiday homes with the guarantee that one of the owners will always be present (as a travel leader) of the offered rented apartments, and he speaks multiple languages so all the guests can speak in their own language and be welcomed personally.

The guests will get an explanation of the present equipment and electronics, and will get the key with a phone number and the apartment number where the travel leader can be contacted 24/7 for calamities in and around the complex, but also for possible repair of equipment, doctor visits or questions concerning safely renting a car or scooter, excursions possibilities and a lot more questions you could have to make your stay more pleasant, and this without any problems.

On our site we explain everything about the apartment of holiday house, with pictures and information of the apartment you want to rent what you will get when you arrive, where you find a very clean apartment with proper made beds and working TV and refrigerator/freezer, without any surprises.
When you decide to book through us, you will get the address of the holiday home in Turkey, but also an address and phone number in the Netherlands or Turkey of me.

We also work with a Dutch bank where you transfer the price by IBAN and BIC code, and this can be checked by our customers concerning your pays.

At this time there isn’t anyone in the private renting sector who offers this kind of service through the internet, concerning different groups of holiday guests like families with children who want more peace, luxury and comfort, and the growing group of 55+ and the elderly who like to spend their vacation before and after the season, and want to stay their for growing periods of time, like hibernating in Turkey, and the Turkish Riviera with 330 days of sun a year and an enjoyable winter temperature, and also the favourable prices concerning life support and renting prices of homes, comparing to other well known countries in Europe.

This site is as said before, a common initiative of owners, with an Owners association set up by us, obligated by the Turkish law, and in cooperation from all owners who all want to rent their apartment.

This is led by me as a coordinator with a lot of new ideas and experience in travel business, that makes it attractive for a large group of guests who want something different but a certain guarantee, because this isn’t possible through a guarantee fund as ANVR, SGR or ANWB, and also for big renting sites on the internet, because they only deliver clients to landlords but everything has to be takes care of by the landlords and this leads to higher renting prices and no guarantee of service.
