Personal service,

A/ Key management package 1.

    * Key management, for twice a year check in the apartment, loss or if you forgot your keys when you leave your country of origin.
    * Before you arrive and after messaging, look if everything is functioning, like electricity and water and if all other things work like lamps and drainage.
    * Next to the twice a year check we ventilate the home for a few hours when you indicate if there is a client coming.
    * We could also take care of any possible reparations or cleaning if you ask us, when we state this and reported it to you, against the cost price of reparation or a fixed cleaning price.
    * This management package costs you € 10,00 a month.

Prices for extra maintenance:

Costs cleaning € 45,00 incl. some washings, a big cleaning that includes cleaning under beds, inside and outside cabinets, under the refrigerator and washing machine, cooker hood, windows inside and out, drainage pits and possible mosquito net horrent if those are present. This costs € 75,00/
We can take care of other maintenance or reparations if you ask us, if you pay the companies, and if you like us to keep an eye on the work, we ask € 7,50 an hour.
Furthermore we offer to do the first groceries and place them in the property, this service costs € 15,00 without the costs of the groceries.

B/ Transfers

    * Transfers offer Antalya/Alanya for max. 4 persons € 65.00, from 5 to 8 persons € 85,00 depart only
    * Transfer offers Antalya/Matmuhlar for max. 4 persons € 75,00, from 5 to 8 pers.€ 95,00 depart only
    * Carried out with minivan with air-conditioning, fuel and driver.

C/ We would like to help you with finding favourable priced airline tickets on the internet

D/ There’s also the possibility to book your daily excursions against a favourable price up front with us, also sporting activities like diving, rafting and a Hammam or Turkish night. (Also check the offer special excursions possibilities linked on our homepage)

E/ You can rent a car or scooter through us and be sure of a favourable price, in a certain season with the guarantee of good quality and a decent insurance coverage with accidents (because that is often left out with a lot of small landlords).

It’s also possible to rent your car for a week or more for an even more favourable price, and your car can be ready for you to use at the airport of Antalya, where you can return it when you leave, this way you reduce even more possible transfer costs

Extra service for landlords,

This is for all landlords who want us to take care of de renting, against an agreed compensation except the private owner who drops his vacation from 2 to 4 weeks in school vacations, but at possible bookings from family or friends, those will be booked through thug to compensate the webmaster his input and presence, this according to contract with Turkish Holiday Rentals and his owners, and another advantage is the owner will not have any problems with family and friends that suppose the vacation is costless, which isn’t the case.

Your advantages and our mutual deals:

A/ The deals made by us and the landlords are made for special and cheaper rent prices before and after the season, but also winter with special long-term renting from 1 to 6 months for 55+ and the elderly for hibernation, where water and electricity/heating is settled with the client during the stay and the usage.

B/ When renting before, after or during the season, we calculate the usage of air-conditioning/heating and end cleaning separately with the renting price. And of course we take care that after calculating the agreed costs, this will be transferred to the bank account of the landlord.

C/ We try to offer everything through Internet, advertising and all small and big search machines in Europe, old eastern Bloc and Russia, where there is a growing market of tourism to Turkey, and at this moment the old eastern Bloc countries and Russia is the largest group of holiday people in Turkey especially in the Turkish Riviera, that’s why the site is also being translated in Russian, next to Dutch, English and German.

D/ We commonly take care of the controle of the house, by an inventory list from the apartment and we ask them to sign it for approval and ask a guarantor of € 200.00 at arrival or through bank, and hand over the keys with possible mobile phone, and when the guests leave we do everything in reverse, also we ask to see a legit passport at the booking to prevent teens to book.

E/ We concentrate on groups of people looking for more luxury and privacy while on vacation, like 55+ or the elderly, but also families with young children, so parents can enjoy peace and fun while on vacation but can enjoy their freedom.

F/ The apartments or vacation houses are offered by us in 4 languages, with 4 pictures with a contract of minimal2 years, and starts at the date is signing the contract.
